Denise is an experienced Remedial Massage Therapist since 2009, certified in Trigger Point Therapy, Deep Tissue Massage, Sports Massage, Musculoskeletal Therapy, Relaxation Massage, and Pregnancy Massage, with specialised training in Craniosacral Therapy and Myofascial Release.

She works with clients to relieve pain from stress, chronic conditions, back and neck tension, and injury recovery, while improving movement and overall wellbeing. Denise values the powerful results that come from integrating Craniosacral Therapy and Myofascial Release with deep tissue massage to release restrictions and trauma and support the nervous and immune systems.
