Rhys is a qualified Remedial Massage Therapist with a love for helping people heal and rehabilitate through various forms of massage from Deep Tissue Massage, Sports Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, Swedish Massage and mobility work.

He aims to work closely with clients to gain an understanding of their pain and discomfort, then formulate the best treatment for them to reduce pain, restore function and improve movement to the body.
